Ajay is an acclaimed social entrepreneur and artist, distinguished for his transformative efforts across public, private, and third sectors to empower underrepresented young Londoners to break into the creative industry. Through innovative program design and delivery, as well as consulting businesses to embed diversity and inclusion at their core, Ajay has made a significant impact. His achievements have earned him a nomination for Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, underscoring his pioneering contributions to both business and the arts.

As the visionary founder of the award-winning non-profit arts organization Art Clubbers CIC, Ajay is steering the company toward becoming one of the UK's leading cultural entities. The organization has been shortlisted for the prestigious Small Awards (Small Business Britain) Mission Possible Award for best social enterprise business. Art Clubbers CIC is dedicated to championing emerging creatives and has successfully implemented numerous projects across London, enhancing access to the creative sector for underrepresented youth.

Art Clubbers CIC stands out as a culturally diverse and LGBT+ led organization within the creative and cultural sectors. The team's rich tapestry of lived experiences as emerging creatives themselves continues to inspire and shape their unique and innovative offerings.

Ajay is a sought-after speaker at international summits, where he addresses critical topics such as community building within the creative sector, the intersections of creativity, and the importance of visibility and representation within the creative workforce. His work has been highlighted on prominent platforms, including the Westfield podcast "How I Got Here" and BBC Radio Oxford.

In 2021, Ajay was honored as a Civic Futures Fellow, joining a select group of 30 individuals from London’s civil society and local government in a collective learning and discovery journey with the Greater London Authority. This fellowship focused on the London Recovery Board’s missions, promoting collaboration and innovation around the city’s nine recovery missions.

Ajay is passionately committed to spotlighting the unique talents of individuals from BAME and LGBT+ backgrounds within the creative sector. His dedication has also earned him a position on the board of We Create Space CIC, an LGBTQ+ wellbeing platform. In 2020, Ajay was celebrated by Pride In London as one of their 52 dynamic and thought-provoking LGBT+ visual artists.

An all round member of our team, Annie has a contemporary art background with a passion in creativity and mental wellbeing. Wanting to create an inviting space for creatives, partners and audience alike, Annie is often overseeing our core projects and enjoys taking on the mediator-like role for all stakeholders involved.

Dani is a London based fine artist whose practice is experimental mainly focusing on sculpture and installations. They have a passion for community based art projects and have been expanding their practice through supporting projects at Art Clubbers.

Rachel Garfield is an educator and artist whose work often deals with disjunctions of narrative to explore the idea of the incoherent subject and the formation of subjectivity.

Teaching for 14 years, Sue believes that an educational environment should be both challenging and supportive, and that new technologies should be harnessed to make the world a better place.

Adrian Williams

DIIRECTOR

Adrian Williams has over eleven years’ experience within working with HR and Learning and Development, being able to combine this with supporting unemployed local people, young people and people dealing with mental health issues or with a forensic backgrounds.
